Why is it when I tell people that im rebooting the server, so they then ask me an hour later if its back on.
How long do they think it takes to reboot!
Commuting to work

I have recently started commuting to work a few times a week. This in itself for me is quite big as this time last year the though of riding a bike 11 miles to work and back wouldn’t have even entered my mind. Never the less I’ve purchased a 2nd hand Chris Boardman Hybrid Comp 2010 and started the journey. Ive done it about 4 times now in 2 weeks and im getting to work in about 50 minutes. Considering it takes me 30 in the car I though that was quite respectable.
However, there is one problem. I think im addicted. I keep buying things for the bike! argh, i was supposed to be saving money on petrol not spending it all on bike stuff. So far, since buying the bike I have brought;
- Gloves
- Hi-Vis Coat
- Glasses (not used yet)
- Water Bottle
- Puncture Repair Kit
- Mini Pump
- Track Pump
- Numerous Lights
- Helmet
- Bike Lock
- Saddle Bag
- Mudguards
- Bike Cover
Not to mention I’ve covered the side passage in order for me to store my bike in the dry rather than in the cluttered shed! I seriously need to stop spending……

Well you would think that being in IT, id have loads of backups ranging back years from my website. Well guess what, I dont. So when I was fumbling around creating my photography website, I inevitably somehow managed to loose everything. So here I am starting AGAIN from scratch.
Don’t know what I’ll add up here but we’ll see.
